A rural and remote general surgeon, Dr. Alexander Poole has practised in the Yukon for 18 years. He served five years on the board of the Yukon Medical Association, two as president and CEO.
Dr. Paula Cashin
Dr. Paula Cashin is a Mi'kmaw physician who has worked in rural Newfoundland since 2009. In addition to being Canada's first Indigenous radiologist and nuclear medicine physician, she holds a Master of Laws.
Tim Smith
Tim Smith has been the Canadian Medical Association’s (CMA’s) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since 2015. In March 2019, he also became CEO of the CMA Group of Companies, including CEO of CMAH 2018, and CEO and board chair of CMA Investco Inc.
